Basic Requirements

The standard floor height of this project is 3.0 meters, and tool-type steel posts are selected for formwork support. The erection shall comply with the requirements of Technical Code for Safety of Formwork Construction in Building Engineering (JGJ162-2008).

Acceptance Requirements

Before erecting the formwork support system, setting out shall be carried out in accordance with the construction scheme, and a sample unit shall be produced. After the formwork is erected in sections or as a whole, segmented or overall acceptance shall be hosted by the project safety and quality persons in charge (with supervisors participating). Reinforcement installation and concrete pouring can only be carried out after passing acceptance.

 

    

 

Safety Construction Requirements

A construction stairway shall be erected on site for formwork erection; operators are not allowed to climb up and down via the support system.

During the erection, dismantling of formwork and concrete pouring, irrelevant personnel are forbidden to stay under the formwork support, and full-time safety officers shall conduct on-site supervision.

The concrete strength of the lower floor slab shall meet the requirement to bear the upper formwork, support system and the weight of newly poured concrete before carrying out upper-layer concrete construction (judged by the strength of concrete test blocks). If the strength fails to meet the standard, the support system of the lower floor slab shall not be removed, and the upper and lower vertical posts shall be aligned on the same vertical line.

Temporary fixing facilities must be installed during the installation of formwork and its support system to prevent tipping. Before wall formworks are installed with tie bolts, the form panels shall be inclined inward at a certain angle and firmly propped to avoid collapse.

When erecting independent column formworks and independent beam formworks with a height of more than 4.5m, a working platform shall be set up. For those less than 4.5m, stools can be used for operation. It is forbidden to walk on column formworks and beam bottom formworks, and climbing up and down by tie rods or supports is strictly prohibited.

During erection, concentrated overloaded stacking of steel bars, mechanical equipment and other materials is strictly prohibited to prevent falling objects and collapse of the formwork support system.
