The Formwork Produced by Our Company Mainly Include the Following Types:
Plastic Formwork
Plastic formwork is an innovative and environmentally friendly construction material, designed to provide an alternative to traditional wooden and metal formwork.
Concrete Formwork
Our Concrete Formwork System is a high-performance temporary structural solution designed to shape and support fresh concrete until it achieves sufficient strength.

Aluminum Alloy Formwork
Aluminum formwork is specifically designed for the construction of walls, columns, slabs, and beams in concrete structures.
Steel Ply Formwork
Steel Ply Formwork is a highly efficient load-bearing formwork system specifically designed for large-scale concrete pouring in construction.
Accurate Shape and Dimensions
Formwork ensures that concrete elements are constructed with precision, adhering to the specified shape, size, and alignment outlined in architectural and engineering plans.
01
Structural Integrity
Formwork provides essential support during the curing period, preventing deformation or failure of concrete elements, which is crucial for the long-term structural integrity of the building.
02
Customization
Formwork allows for the creation of complex and customized designs, including curves, arches, and unique architectural features, making it suitable for a wide range of construction projects.
03
Speed and Efficiency
Properly designed and installed formwork systems can expedite the construction process, reducing overall project duration and labor costs by allowing for faster concrete placement and curing.
04
Quality Finish
Formwork facilitates the achievement of a smooth and uniform concrete surface finish, which is crucial for both the aesthetic appeal of construction projects and the functional requirements of structural components.
05
Transportation infrastructure:
Bridges, overpasses, cast-in-place box girders, bridge piers, and tunnel linings for high-speed railways and highways.
Large-scale public and industrial buildings:
Hydroelectric dams, port terminals, shear walls and core structures of high-rise buildings, and large factory columns and beams.
Civil buildings:
Standard floor walls of residential buildings, basement retaining walls, and precast formwork for stair treads.
Other complex structures:
Circular piers, water towers, silos, and irregularly shaped landscape components.
Design and Cutting
Detailed panel design is based on engineering drawings. High-precision equipment is used to cut and process raw materials such as Q235 steel plates.
Assembly and Welding
Panels, edge ribs, and longitudinal and transverse ribs are precisely positioned and assembled on dedicated fixtures. Certified welders use compliant processes to ensure structural strength, with particular attention paid to critical areas such as corners.
Correction and Grinding
The welded formwork is inspected and straightened to ensure panel flatness. All welds and burrs are finely ground to ensure a smooth surface.
Drilling and Anti-corrosion Treatment
Connection holes are precisely drilled in the panels according to the design. Thorough rust removal is performed, and high-quality anti-rust paint is applied to extend the service life of the formwork in outdoor environments.
Final Inspection and Warehousing
A final dimensional check and quality acceptance are performed. Qualified products are marked with specifications and models before being stored in the warehouse for shipment.
Steel formwork is a category of formwork where still is used, while aluminum formwork is the type of formwork where aluminum is used. Both are great products and types of aluminum, but they have different usages.
Steel is great for big building and construction projects, and the main advantage it has over aluminum formwork is its reusability. It can be reused multiple times in similar structures. It’s conventional, used by many businesses, and the steel is stronger, more rigid, and more durable than aluminum.
Aluminum, on the other hand, is a category of formwork where it’s strong and durable, too, Compared to steel formwork, aluminum formwork is lighter in weight, which means it is extremely easier to carry and transport. It’s also less durable and weaker than steel. Overall, due to these circumstances, aluminum formwork is cheaper and more affordable than steel formwork.

Installation Requirements

When selecting between traditional plastic, steel, or aluminum formwork systems, be sure to consider the project size, complexity, budget, and reusability of the formwork system.
Examine materials before installation to detect signs of wear. Choose durable, reusable materials that do not exhibit warping, cracks, or defects.
Manage and cure concrete in smaller workability units to avoid overloading the formwork. Utilize vibrating concrete tools to eliminate air and ensure the concrete stays compacted.
Avoid stripping the forms too early to prevent cracking or weakened structural integrity. Observe suggested cure durations based on the governing temperature, moisture levels, and concrete mix ratios.
Ensure that the concrete has gained sufficient compressive strength before removing the forms and conducting field strength testing, if applicable. Store and clean the formwork appropriately.
