Aluminum formwork is specifically designed for the construction of walls, columns, slabs, and beams in concrete structures. Leveraging its lightweight yet high-strength properties and high reusability, it is widely used in the construction industry. Combined with its process-specific support system (which includes vertical formwork and typically does not incorporate horizontal members), this aluminum formwork system is particularly suitable for shear wall structures in standardized high-rise buildings. It meets the forming requirements for various structural components while ensuring construction safety.

From a cost-benefit perspective, aluminum formwork requires a large number of standardized conversion components, resulting in higher initial investment. However, in the repetitive standard-floor construction of high-rise buildings, its reusable advantages are significant, leading to lower per-floor costs over time. Therefore, it is more suitable for the large-scale construction of reinforced concrete standard floors in residential buildings of 30 stories or higher, achieving long-term economic benefits.
Aluminum formwork is fully pre-assembled and coded in the factory.
