Combined with its process-specific support system (which includes vertical formwork and typically does not incorporate horizontal members), this aluminum formwork​ system is particularly suitable for shear wall structures in standardized high-rise buildings. It meets the forming requirements for various structural components while ensuring construction safety.

From a cost-benefit perspective, aluminum formwork​ requires a large number of standardized conversion components, resulting in higher initial investment. However, in the repetitive standard-floor construction of high-rise buildings, its reusable advantages are significant, leading to lower per-floor costs over time.
