Combined with integrated welding technology and seamless splicing techniques, it effectively prevents deformation, cracking, and grout leakage under heavy-duty conditions. The overall structural strength is increased by more than 30% compared to ordinary steel formwork, with significantly enhanced wear resistance and impact resistance.

 

The surface treatment employs a dual-process of shot blasting rust removal and electrostatic spraying, resulting in a coating with strong adhesion and excellent corrosion resistance. It can adapt to complex construction environments such as humidity, high temperatures, and open-air conditions, effectively extending the formwork's service life and reducing long-term maintenance costs.
