                                                     1. How is disk-coupler scaffolding classified?

(1) By model: Type A and Type B. According to the "Safety Technical Standards for Socket-Type Disk-Coupling Steel Pipe Scaffolding in Building Construction"(JGJ/T231-2021), there are two main types:

 

Type A: Also known as the "60 series" in the market, with a vertical pole diameter of 60 mm. It is specifically designed for heavy-duty support applications, such as bridge construction.

 

Type B: Also known as the 48 series, with a vertical post diameter of 48 mm. It is primarily used in building construction, interior renovation, and stage lighting rigs.

 

(2) Classification by Upright Connection Method: Based on the connection method of the uprights in disk-coupler scaffolding, there are two types: outer sleeve connections and internal connection rods.

 

Internal Connection: The 60 series commonly uses internal connections.

 

Outer Sleeve Connection: The 48 series generally uses outer sleeve connections.

Disk-coupler scaffolding systems are primarily divided into the following components:
