Precautions for Daily Inspection of Photovoltaic Mounting System (PV System):
Nov 06, 2025| Installation Inspection: Regularly check the bolts, welds, and connections of the PV system to ensure they are sealed and secure. If system instability occurs, such as twisting, deformation, or damage, repair or replacement of parts is necessary.
Corrosion Prevention Inspection: PV systems are typically made of materials such as aluminum alloy, stainless steel, and carbon steel, and the corrosion resistance of these materials is crucial. If rust, paint peeling, or oxidation appears on the surface of the PV system, it needs to be treated promptly and an anti-corrosion agent applied.
Cleaning Inspection: Dust, leaves, twigs, and other debris can accumulate on the surface of the PV system, which can lead to a decrease in the efficiency of the photovoltaic panels. Therefore, the surface of the system needs to be cleaned regularly to ensure it is clean. For rotatable PV systems, check that they can rotate freely and apply an appropriate amount of rust inhibitor.
