3.1 Panel joint management

Joint width >1mm: seal with sponge strips or galvanized iron sheets to stop grout outflow

3.2 Installation deviation control

Verticality control Recheck layout lines for every panel before installation; foremen and QC staff inspect verticality piece by piece, control vertical deviation ≤8mm, local flatness ≤2mm; verify spacing and position of jack supports before formwork placement.

Elevation control for slab formwork Mark elevation control points for each floor, transfer 1000mm horizontal reference lines on concrete walls, then snap bottom elevation lines for slab formwork along wall perimeter according to floor height and slab thickness.
