Scaffolding Cup Lock

Scaffolding cup lock is a premium, modular support solution engineered for the most demanding construction environments. Scaffolding cup lock is a commonly used temporary support structure in construction projects. Classified as a socket-type steel tube scaffolding system, it mainly consists of three core components: steel tube vertical poles, horizontal poles and cuplock joints.The core connection component is the cuplock joint, which is welded onto the vertical poles and composed of upper cups, lower cups, limit pins and connection inserts. During assembly, the ends of the horizontal poles are inserted into the joints and secured by rotating and pressing the cups, forming a stable support framework efficiently.A cuplock joint consists of upper cups, lower cups, horizontal bar connectors and limit pins for the upper cups. During processing, the lower cups and the limit pins for the upper cups are welded onto the vertical poles first, and then the upper cups are sleeved onto the vertical poles. Meanwhile, connecting pins are welded to the ends of the horizontal poles and diagonal braces.For scaffolding assembly, insert the connecting pins at the ends of the horizontal poles and diagonal braces into the lower cups, then press and rotate the upper cups. The limit pins will lock the upper cups in place, thus achieving a secure connection between the poles.
