1.Product Application

Made of high-quality special steel, it is a new type of fastener for rectangular beam reinforcement in construction. It is compatible with frame formwork, conventional formwork, aluminum formwork and other formwork systems.

2.Product Composition

The beam clamp consists of fixed clamping plate, movable clamping plate and positioning device. The positioning device is bolt type.

3.Scope of Application

Suitable for rectangular concrete beams with section size up to 200×600×800 mm, and the clear height of beam side ≤650 mm.

2.Cost Efficiency No tie rods required, saving material cost. No need for formwork drilling and subsequent hole sealing work, cutting labor cost.

1.Material Selection

a. Check the adjustment range of beam clamp specifications to meet the requirements of cyclic turnover and dimensional variation on the same floor.

b. Confirm the face sheet thickness with the general contractor in advance, as it is relevant to spacing calculation.

c. Confirm the secondary joist specification with the general contractor in advance, as it is relevant to spacing calculation.

2.Spacing Selection

a. The spacing of secondary joists shall be based on the calculation results from Pinming software.

b. The spacing of beam clamps shall be determined according to test reports and empirical values.
