Aluminum alloy frame scaffolding is a new, high-efficiency platform designed specifically for high-altitude operations. Built with aviation-grade 6082-T6 aluminum alloy, it features the core advantages of "safety, lightweight, efficiency, and durability," gradually replacing traditional steel scaffolding as the preferred choice for elevated work across industries. The structure is scientifically designed and precisely manufactured, balancing load-bearing capacity and flexibility to suit various scenarios, offering both practicality and cost-effectiveness.
The core material and structural performance are outstanding. The high-strength aluminum alloy provides excellent tensile and yield strength, weighing only one-third of traditional steel models. It can be manually transported and assembled without heavy equipment, significantly reducing labor and transportation costs. The modular "building block" design features standardized, tool-free assembly, allowing two workers to set up a 20-meter-high platform in minimal time, with disassembly efficiency far exceeding traditional scaffolding. Joints are treated with an internal expansion and external compression cold-working process, achieving a destructive pull-out force of 4100–4400 kg, well above allowable standards. The 12-meter-high double-width frame supports a maximum load of 900 kg, ensuring superior stability. Equipped with high-strength braked polyurethane casters, it enables easy movement and locking, while adjustable legs adapt to complex terrain without damaging delicate floors.
Available in a variety of specifications with customizable options. Standard models offer single-width 0.75m/0.83m and double-width 1.35m/1.4m platforms, with lengths of 2.5m, 3.0m, or 3.5m. Each level is 2m high, supporting nearly 300 kg per platform and a maximum tower load of 900 kg, with height extendable as needed. Custom dimensions are available for specialized scenarios, and an integrated ladder design enhances operational convenience while optimizing platform space utilization.
