HDG Wedge Lock Scaffolding System With Ledger & Standard

Wedge-type scaffolding belongs to wedge-type steel tube scaffolding, which connects the sockets on vertical poles and the plugs on horizontal poles by wedge-shaped pins.

 

The main components of this tower scaffold system are the vertical support poles, the horizontal support poles, the diagonal bracing poles, the hydraulic base height adjuster, The tower platform consists of platform boards, wall adjustment connectors, and three-point fasteners. All components are optimized for a lightweight design, with each unit weighing no more than 14 kg, allowing them to be easily lifted individually and greatly improving work efficiency.

 

Its design principle is that the wide-body wedge-shaped plugs at both ends of the horizontal poles perfectly fit into the wide-body wedge-shaped slots of the vertical poles when struck with a hammer. This design enhances the anti-torsion capacity of the joints and ensures more reliable stability of the whole structure.

 

When erecting and dismantling scaffolding, the safety of the work is effectively enhanced. At the same time, the lightweight components make transportation easier and reduce transportation costs. Compared to other types of scaffolding, this system not only fully ensures construction safety but also increases assembly efficiency by more than threefold, resulting in significant savings on labor and other costs.

 

Our products are made of Q355B steel. All components are treated with hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion resistance, which ensures a service life of over 15 years and eliminates the need for subsequent maintenance. All test data of the product meet the requirements of national standards.
