High-strength stage layer scaffolding, designed for safe and stable use in performances, events, and stage construction. Easy to assemble and disassemble, with reliable load-bearing capacity.
The layer scaffolding is divided into multiple independent horizontal layers along the height of the building. Each layer is equipped with complete components including foot planks, guardrails, toeboards, and vertical support systems. Layers are usually separated at a certain interval (commonly 1.8–2.0 meters) to match the floor height of the building, which aligns with the construction rhythm of different floors.

High load-bearing capacity
For the 60-series heavy-duty support frame, a single 5-meter-high vertical pole has an allowable load-bearing capacity of up to 10.3 tons and a breaking load of 22 tons, which is 2–3 times that of traditional products.

Less usage & lighter weight
The spacing between vertical poles can reach 1.5–1.8 meters. Compared with traditional counterparts, under the same support volume, the material usage is reduced by 50% and the weight is cut by 1/2 to 1/3.

High erection efficiency
Adopting a plug-in connection, the time required for a single worker to complete one connection is ≤ 15 seconds, making the erection and dismantling speed 2–3 times faster than that of traditional scaffolding.

With internal and external hot-dip galvanizing treatment, the service life can reach 15–20 years, and it can be reused for more than 300 times.
