The ring scaffold is a new type of construction scaffolding system. With its unique structural design and connection method, it is widely used in modern architecture. The cup-lock scaffolding is divided into two types: Type A and Type B, which are used in heavy-duty support, housing construction and decoration, respectively. Wide Application
With a unified disc spacing of 500mm, the ring scaffold system can be erected into bridge supports, stage supports, lighting towers, and safety ladders for bridge piers with different spans and cross-sections when matched with its vertical poles, horizontal poles, diagonal braces, and tripods. It can also be assembled into formwork supports of various shapes and functions, meeting diverse erection requirements.
High Safety
The ring scaffold system adopts self-locking connection discs and pins. Once the pins are inserted, they lock automatically under their own weight. Its horizontal and vertical diagonal braces form a fixed triangular lattice structure for each unit, preventing the frame from deforming when subjected to horizontal or vertical forces. As an integrated system, its scaffold planks and step ladders also contribute to frame stability and worker safety, ensuring each unit of the ring scaffold is structurally secure.
Spacious Construction Space
The vertical poles of the ring scaffold are made of Q345B low-alloy structural steel, which enhances load-bearing capacity and allows for increased step distances and spacing of the scaffolding. This expands the construction space for workers and the inspection space for supervisors.
Quick Installation
Featuring a modular design and standardized component dimensions, the ring scaffold is easy to install. Simply align the plugs of the horizontal poles with the holes on the discs of the vertical poles, insert the pins, and secure them with a hammer-no additional tools or complex operations are required. Two workers can complete the erection of approximately 350 cubic meters per day, achieving an efficiency of 100-160 cubic meters per worker-day and saving 30%-50% of installation time.

Packaging:
Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
Different packages are used for different products:
---Bundles: Ledger, diagonal brace,standard,steel props, etc.
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request.
Delivery:
Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
